About me: I'm Hayley Hines and I'm passionate about all things wellness, healthy living, spirituality and creating transformative experiences for leaders around the world. I spent over 20 years in the corporate wellness field consulting with large employers on how to create healthier workplaces and populations with a focus on how to create sustainable behavior change. In 2016 I made a life long dream come true by leaving my corporate path and traveling the world while speaking, teaching and hosting retreats focused on wellness and spirituality. I now work with senior level executives and companies to create a culture of mindful living and leadership and transformational retreat experiences for executive teams around the world.

“Suppose you read about a pill that you could take once a day to reduce anxiety and increase your contentment. Would you take it? Suppose further that the pill has a great variety of side effects, all of them good: increased self-esteem, empathy, and trust; it even improves memory. Suppose, finally, that the pill is all natural and costs nothing. Now would you take it?

The pill exists. It’s called meditation.” ~ Jonathan Haidt from The Happiness Hypothesis
